Dukuu commentedDid you fix this issue?
Got the same, but not connected to microblog module. I made other text formats and deleted the full_html format. But when i am trying to create full_html back -- the error: already exists.

Dukuu commentedok, that was easy. Entered the database, made a backup, then found there the table "filter_format", and somewhy there was an full_html still not deleted. I deleted it. Then created Full HTML via "Text formats" in Configuration. That's it!

joecodes commentedPlease double check if issue is still existing or it is just an edge case. Otherwise it can be closed. thanks!

JoelSherrill commentedI have this issue after upgrading a site from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7.42-dev and I don't use any blog module at all.
Configuration > Text formats has "Full HTML". But I still get the "Missing text format: full_html." message logged.
It appears someone fixed this on their own with a manual database edit. I won't be attempting to recreate that query.
Is this possibly a generic issue not specific to this module? Any suggestions on how to address this?
