Hi - using webform 6.2.3 and civicrm 3.4.8 I am unable to see any events listed under Activity Types. I see custom activity types, SMS, email, etc but cannot register participants. It's not on the civicrm demo, so I can't really see a reference site -but it seems to only register a subset of data. civievent is setup to register anonymous participants too - any thoughts???

On my webform version I see an Activity section and an Event section ie they are different and there is a separate vertical tab for each.

Right. Activity and event are separate. Look in the "register event participants" tab
