Hello,
I use the Menu Trial and i have more vocabularies.
I can sets the active trail to the menu link associated with taxonomy term of these vocabularies.
In Power Menu I can select only one vocabolary and I can use only the taxonomy terms of this vocabolary.

Can you extend Power Menu for manage terms of one or more vocabularies selected (like content types)?

Right, it's not really a necessary limit, to use only one vocabulary. I add this function in a future dev release of the version 7.2.
