i have installed "panels tabs" module and I cant see any new functionality it has added to panels. i have flushed cache after install... please can you advise me where to look and how i may use it? what is the scope and context of use? does this module provide node tabs? how do i use a newly created panel tab i.e. does it fit into a node/another panel/other?

In your panel, first add several piece of content.
- Click on the star on the top-left corner
- choose tabs
