Is there a way to separate the street name and street number?

We require the street number to be hidden but still stored.

I was wondering if there was a way to store the street number in an additional field but still use the full address for mapping?

(Yes I'm aware that the map will display the address but we can prevent them getting the specific street number by preventing full zoom, its not meant to be a complete solution but close enough for us)

Also I guess we could try and regex the street number from the street field but i'm not sure that is 100% reliable.
