The title should be the field title, not a hard-coded one.

What does it really means? I've changed the label of the field and on views there is no way to have a customized label. Is it any way to have it the label working?

Hey,
here's my patch.
The problem was that the #title field was forced inside the formatter, which is not necessary because the field api already forces you to add a title.
