Libraries support not working

The module doesn't implement hook_library() nor have instructions to copy the js file to the libraries directory, yet there's a dependency on libraries module. Since this is a very simple library, I think it's OK to just use the one shipped with the module. Attached patch addresses this. Dependent on the code style issue being committed first.
