It's a PHP error. Did you modify the file? If so, then you need to fix the syntax error. If not, then you should probably just re-upload the file.
I hope that you weren't trying to hack the core files. If you are needing to change something, then please know that there are better ways to do it (more standard, that is) that will leave you in a lot better shape when it comes to updgrading your site.
