Default values should be configurable in the filter setup

Hi all.
I have a thought that it would be good to be available to specify some default image parameters in the filter configuration.
For example, it could be very usefull to set up default size=, nolink= and class= variables.

Please tell me what you think. Looks like quite easy feature, I think I can implement it and submit a patch, If someone is interested in it too.
