How to moderate og content before it is published

I'm trying to make it so that a group manager (using organic groups) can moderate posts to a specific group using the og_public_Access module. What I can't figure out how to do is to make it so that content can be approved prior to the post showing up on the group home page. As it is now, the post has to be published before it will show up in the "moderate public access to group content" page. How can I make it so that it can be moderated before it is published on the group home page?
