Come together with the global Drupal community in Rotterdam, 28 Sept – 1 Oct 2026. Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.This module is not usable under Windows without hacking the modules code. The start and stop-functions don't work, the textfields for paths in moduleconfig are not editable and after configuration the values are not saved correctly and are ovewritten on node-creation by the defaults within the module-code.
Is suggest a completely configurable module with the following options:
- Platformselection (*nix/Win, stop-method with autodetection, maybe only autodetection)
- Path to Shoutcast-executable (in case of wrong path-assumptions of default)
- Path to Shoutcast-servers (default ./files/shoutcast/...)
- SHOUTcast-default-config (Why do defaultconfig-values exist within the module-code?)
- All SHOUTcast-options as they exist within the module-configuration right now
A great module in development.

YAFA commentedWell, the suggestions - for making the module usable in this way - need a rewrite of the way the module is installed and configured. This is independant of Windows-specific development and Windows-testing.
I would really like to contribute, but since I have no time for doing that, I want to "contribute" well thought suggestions at least. So if the module is more open (configurable) to the handling of different systems I could try to contribute some code as well. Maybe other users, that use Windows-Machines could contribute some code.
The idea is great and I try to help to realize it.
