can't display secondary primary menus

I am using the contented7 theme, and when I assign a 2ndary level of primary menus, they do not display in the header. I tested by changing the theme to the garland theme, and the secondary menus display. I am really liking this them, and hope that there is something I can do to get get 2ndary primary menus to display in the hearder... and direction?

Contented7 only provide primary menu. This is the original design, and so I have no schedule to change it. Sorry for late reply ;-)
