@szantog's patch applied to provide support for Flag 3.x
Since several people have been able to get this running and we've solved the bugs they've found, I'm happy enough to tag this as beta1.
Initial release includes change from daily limit to hourly limit described in #1454598: Why are these modules in a single project?
