Hello:
Trying to set up a flat rate shipping rule, but the commerce order data selectors aren't available. the only ones I get are for "site:"

Thoughts? reinstall?

You should at least have a commerce-line-item variable; that's coming directly from the code. From there you can get to the order through commerce-line-item:order and on to its various child properties and fields. Bear in mind you may have to explicitly make some of the fields on entities visible:
