use real label for Title and Body fields on settings page

On the Maxlength settings page the real labels should be used instead of Title and Body. These are the default values, but they can be edited for content types.

Validation and form initialization messages are already using proper values. Those where the easy cases because the labels are provided with the form/element data.

Not sure how to load/find the proper labels on the settings page.
