Would like to ask how to diagnose where the problem on my install of this module is. I've got this installed on a D7 site, but can't get the pop-up windows to appear when the autocomplete widget fails to find a match. I don't get an error - it simply doesn't do anything.

Is there a first place someone could suggest I look to see where the error might be occurring?
