Only jammer module has weight of 700.
The other jammer_* modules should be using same weight as well, instead of 0.

The reason for updating the weight is specified in jammer.install file

Set module value about default 0 to make sure menu and path options are picked up on form_alter before jammer runs.

other modules weight need not be updated.
