There are some minor bugs reported, but I think the theme works.

Why don't tag it for Drupal 4.5 so it is listed in the download page? We need more themes.

(You might also add a small note saying it requires PHPTemplate. In the support forum, I saw one or two people who can't get it to work because they didn't knot that.)
