PHP notice on line 328 of addthis.module, fix by checking for variable. [#1456476]

I'm getting this php notice on line 328 of the module file, the following patch fixes it.

The php notice can also be fixed by simply initializing the 'Use cookies' variable in the admin config admin/settings/addthis.

This bug report is 4 years old and is about an outdated version of the module. I have not seen this problem when using the latest version (7.x-4.x).
