Why I can not change on the .css files and all file in the bluemaster

i access those file but when i change and edit those file it dose not save it how could i change that !?

can anyone help me pleas for that !???

Hi,

It sound like permissions are stopping you, the solution depends on whether you are on a Windows or Linux server and if you are ftp to the site or it is local so you can access the site files in a file manager.
