Somehow I have two "Create content" links on the menu and both point to the same place (/node/add)shown below:

Create content
-Page
-Story
Create content

I can disable it from the "Navigation menu" but I would like to completely remove it. When I "Edit menu" item I can only "save" changes. No delete button.
