There is. It never worked
There is. It never worked for me. I ended up with a flurry of SQL gibberish. Yet to investigate what went wrong.
Anyway - It's the HoverTip Module. Try it out and see if thats what you were looking for.
I've seen people achieving useful things - for instance a user info popup onMouseOver userID..etc.
