Default Configuration Options for node and user links

For the hardcoded node and user links there should be an options setting for controlling the default link text when none is provided by the user in the link markup.

For example,

[l|node/12]

for node links the options should be either node title or node path (for path any node alias defined would be used).

for user links the options should be user name, user picture (if pictures enabled), or both (if applicable)
