Hi.
I would suggest to replace "Signup" with "Anmeldung" within the translation.
For example

msgid "List of users current signups."
msgstr "Liste der aktuellen 'Signups'."

would read better as 

msgid "List of users current signups."
msgstr "Liste der aktuellen Anmeldungen."
