ecommerce 7.x-4.7-alpha2

This release is a good release to start pounding on the 7.x release. Everything has been pretty much upgraded to 7.x and anyone wanting to try it should give it ago.

If this release is working well, I hope to have the first beta out in a couple of weeks.

Changes since 7.x-4.7-alpha1:

• Removes errors thrown when prowsing nodes.
• Fix up the conditions to not expect by reference.
• Fix up some errors in the multi line tables.
• Fix up issue which was breaking fields which have form items in them.
• Fix up returns from hook_links() to make sure the query is correct.
• Change Operations in Views to use ctools drop down to save space.
• Fix up issue with product options being displayed on no product node pages.
• Fix up the Views Bulk Operations integration.
• Fix up missing handler
• Clean up all the default views to be correct.
• Fix up possible name space collision.
• The ec_availability_load function had to be renamed to ec_availability_feature_load
• Fix up issue with format_currency().
