Protect user from deleting their own account.

Project:User Protect
Version:5.x-1.1
Component:Miscellaneous
Category:support request
Priority:normal
Assigned:Unassigned

Description

Scenario is:

1. You have users with 'administer users' perms.
2. This user can assign other users to the same role. Hence, they should be able to delete those users as well.
3. User can delete their own account (by mistake).

Is there already a configuration for this? Has anyone else run into this same issue?

i'm very unclear what you're asking here. is this a support request for the userprotect module, or a general question about drupal core?

a user must have 'administer access control' permissions in order to assign users to roles, or you must be using the roleassign module to allow users without that perm the ability to add/edit/remove selected roles. generally, you only give your most trusted users the 'administer access control' permission, for obvious reasons...
