PHP help for Drupal development

Hey if anyone has been on irc and was working on a Drupal project and found them selfs needing some help with there php and went to the ##php channel. And were treated badly, please goto the ##php-complaints channel, Freenode is listening and taking complaints.. There have been many problems with ##php and many of us would like to see an official #php channel up ran by the php foundation so we can actually get some help.

Making a complaint is not hard, just stop by and talk. If you have any logs saved and names of people that you had a problem with that would be helpful as well.

Unfortunately this affects us here at Drupal and I know its not exactly directly related to Drupal, however it is indirectly when we get users that need some help here and there and are not getting it in the right channels.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has had problems with ##php on irc. I like many others want to do something about it.
