When disabling and uninstalling Flags, the bookmarks view remains in the user profile. As it's installed and activated with Flags, it should be disabled and removed together with it, too.

True, and how can I remove it now? It shows that the uninstall of the module wasn't done correctly, this is a bug.

I'm talking about D6, so the bug is on D7 but also D6

Presumably as it's defined in hook_views_default_views() it should just disappear when the module goes.

Did you customize it in any way? If so, it's in your database and it's up to you to delete it.
