when trying to install from admin "ad module" or "add Theme" i am getting this Error "Invalid checksum for file ""

i tried with stable and dev realese,
with download and with link always same error!
other modules without a hitch
i will now try manual install...

I believe this has been addressed in the git repo.... please re-open if you are still having issues
