Is it possible to be able to view all reservations for a unit by clicking the units name?
Now when you click a unit you see that units page with name, number and type, but would it be possible to also show all the reservations for that unit as a list?

this can be build with the views module. if i find the time i could built such a view and ship it with the next
release. but if you need this quickly you can built this on your own, no php coding needed for that.
