not working activities logging when status is empty but has attachment (rules problem?)

When I publish a status with empty text, but with a link as attachment, the status message is not showing at activities view... I think that may be this is a rules integration problem (as soon as I believe that the loging activities function is triggered by rules).
The activities view does not have filter about "status message is not empty" or something like this. I can confirm that the status is being published
