Looking for best case recommendation: moving site into Drupal

I am working on moving an existing site into Drupal. What is the best module to assist with moving the html and php files into Drupal?

I would like to find ab efficient, easy to use and well documented module that will help me scrap all of the data out of my old site and port it into Drupal.

I've been looking for some case studies - so if you have one please share it here.
