When I enter this command, I get an error returned, Command not found.

drush zns 'Theme Name' 'theme_machine_name'

I have to look into this, it might be because Zentropy is disabled? Works fine for me locally, I will test this and if the theme has to be enabled I will update the docs accordingly.

Could you please confirm what Drush verison you are using?

I've tested this with the theme disabled and it still works...

I'm using "5.0-dev"

That was it. I was running 4.4. I just upgraded to 4.5 and it works now.

It stopped working with the latest 7.x-2.x-dev

But still works with 7.x-2.0-beta8
