When I click on biblio_views path there is a error said :

Biblio-CiteProc could not fetch the style file: vancouver from the database.

using postgresql as database

Are you using a recent -dev version, because I thought that was fixed already.

OK, I've added some code to fix this, but if you edit the view and reset the style option on the "Biblio Citation" field, it should also work.
