I have added typhonius as co-maintainer. As I see, he is already a vetted user, and nothing else needs to be set.

Just a note: The 7.x-2 branch will be used for new code; I was developing it, before I had other things to take care of. It is probable that branch 7.x-1 will be used from Drupal.org, after the migration to Drupal 7; see #1559828: Replacement for http://drupal.org/admin/user/rules.
