The user interface does not look normal when using Rubik as default admin-theme.
Don´t know if this is a bug of Artica or Rubik...

Tested in Google Chrome.

The configurator is not robust against 3rd party admin themes. This is something that annoys me as well. I'm currently trying to make the configurator at least compatible with all the arctica-based themes that I code and this requires the Nitro module:

http://drupal.org/project/nitro

If you install that it will activate the theme that you are configuring with the configurator.

I'll see how much work it would be to make rubik work with the arctica configurator.
