"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\xampp\htdocs\aopen\sites\all\modules\enterprise_blog\enterprise_blog.install on line 1"

This an error I got in a first time install. The apps seem to have downloaded just, at least according to the success message I saw. This happens when the modules (or is it apps?) are being installed. Any idea what may be causing the problem?

.... the install page was blank except for an open >. I just added a to close it. It seems to work ok, I only hope I didnt mess something else though.
