Is there some sort of module for file/site management available for Drupal? I installed the "Web File Manager" but this appears to just provide a file upload capability to a specific location. Is there anything else available with standard file management capabilities?

I've been using Fileshare a lot lately.

You'll need to create a symlink on the server if you want a fileshare to directly access your Drupal files directory.
