Remove "external" word from node type description [#146114]

You've "Aggregate an external RSS or Atom syndication feed." - this would suggest that I can't aggregate feeds on my own dedicated server (which has dozens of domains). Likewise, it's potentially incorrect since you've rudimentary (but broken) support for external parse engines (which could be expanded to parse other formats, like iCal.)

Oh, also to note, though, support for external parsing engines isn't broken, we just haven't pre-built any other parsing engines for you. The framework is there to write your own, but at the moment, you have to do it yourself.
