Extra Fields Pane has a feature to display extra address fields in either the delivery or billing pane or both (see image). This setting is ignored when Extra Fields Pane is used together with Ubercart Addresses 6.x-2.x. So, if you for example set that an address field only may appear in the billing pane, it will still appear in the delivery pane too when Ubercart Addresses 6.x-2.x is enabled.

I've already worked on a fix for this and this fix will come shortly.

A fix for this has been commited. The field handler for Ubercart Addresses is adjusted and another hook of that module has been implemented.
