No Clamav package available

This is a bit beyond the scope of Drupal but I will take a few guesses. Probably your CentOS build does not have the proper repositories enabled for clamav to be installed. Depending on what level of access you have on the server you can try one of the following:

• Enable additional repositories: http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories/CentOSPlus
• Install the RPMs for clamav directly (this may be difficult depending on the dependencies). Eg: download some RPMs from a website (a quick google returned, http://pkgs.repoforge.org/clamav/, I have NOT tested these. No guarantees!) Then install them with the rpm -ivh command, http://wiki.centos.org/PackageManagement/Rpm

Honestly though, you will have the best luck asking these questions on a linux support forum.

Oh, and of course there's option #3. Call up your VPS provider and pay them to do it for you :-)
