Field "Content: All taxonomy terms" - Move setting "Limit terms by vocabulary" out of fieldgroup "More"

I'm using field "Content: All taxonomy terms" to display terms in a view of nodes.
I was not able to limit the terms to a particular vocabulary. After a small conversation on irc it turned out i overlooked "Limit terms by vocabulary" in "More" Fieldgroup. Thanks to dereine for pointing me to this place.
I overlooked the checkbox because it looks like the enabling checkbox for "Administrative title" which is also in the "More" fieldgroup.
dereine also suggested where to change the field position.
If you ever discussed the position before feel free to move/close this issue.
