Drush help <projectname> should show README.txt

Sometimes a module requires more than a drush dl and drush en to work. There are libraries to be downloaded and other steps that are hidden in the read me file.
Wouldnt it be nice if there was a help command that displayed the README.txt file for each module? Drush help <projectname>
