No Icons displayed, instead the "language name" again.

thats what my language switcher block looks like, since I installed language icons:

• English English
• Deutsch Deutsch

also I keep getting the error on every site:

Notice: Undefined index: language in languageicons_link_add() (Zeile 82 von C:\xampp\htdocs\theme\sites\all\modules\languageicons\languageicons.module).
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in theme_languageicons_icon() (Zeile 112 von C:\xampp\htdocs\theme\sites\all\modules\languageicons\languageicons.module).

which seems to be a common error, but I still havent found a solution to that problem.
Anybody worked that out?
