Create javascript category for modules.

I suggest creating a "Utility/Javascript" category for modules. Currently, all the js related modules are put in the "Utility" category, but they are hard to find in a long list of modules.

This new category would be for all the modules related to javascript, AJAX, jQuery, AHAH (see: http://drupal.org/project/ahah_forms), etc.

I started this list of js-related modules http://drupal.org/node/145950
but it is far from complete.

the best would be if they had their own category.
