Great module - well done
I note that there was talk of resizing thumbnails, I would like to have thumbnails 100x100 and to have them inline to match the standard photo thumbnails (see www.one2oneclinic.com ) BUt it would be good to have a visual difference so you can see they link to videos - I was thinking of using the watermark feature (play button or video camera) BUT only want it on the thumbnail...

latest version now allows resizing of thumbnails. to get them inline, you'll need to theme the tpl file. i've been playing around with the idea of watermarking them (have that already happening at http://itsyournature.com with some custom code & jquery to replace thumbnail w/ video using ajax, but it's too custom right now). make a feature request if you want that -- not sure of the demand for it.

I would suggest that watermarking thumbnails with a video icon would make it more obvious that this story has a video in it rather than just a picture. Once you are in the article it is normally obvious because of the large [Play] arrow in the middle of the picture - not so with the thumbnail
