More user-friendly UI options

It's not immediately obvious what the "Revert Components" button does to someone who is learning features. Furthermore, the goal of Drupal is to reduce the gradient of the learning curve as much as possible, i.e. make it easy to learn. To this end, my suggestion is to replace the "Revert Components" button with 2 buttons:

[Update database from code]
[Update code from database]

This eliminates confusion and provides additional functionality.
