Is the development of the sections-module still alive?

I would really be interested in because I am developing a somehow similar module of my own which gives the designer the possibility to switch Styles depending on paths and some other criteria.

There's patches pending review.
See if this module do what you need and take a look at the patches.

I got it working but there was another patch that wasn't on this issue queue.
It supposedly addressed the issue where the theming was skipped after submitting a form.
