Below are the steps to replicate the bug
1. Download jquery_slidedeck, libraries module and keep in the modules folder
2. From admin/modules page, select both libraries and slidedeck module and click save configuration.
3. Fatal error appear.

If I select any one module like libraries or slidedeck this error is not appearing. I think there need to be a check before using the function also like if(module_exists(libraries)).
