Everything was working fine until upgrading to 7.12 (or possibly installing a different module?) Now, all content is published to all affiliates regardless of settings. I can add a list of my installed modules if needed.
I've tried:
7.x-3.3
7.x-2.18
7.x-3.x-dev
All produce the same issue.
Thanks in advance for any help!

croryx commentedThere is an FAQ page that lists common reasons why you might see content on domains that it is not assigned to, and approaches to start trouble shooting more complicated scenarios.

ProperCursive commentedThanks - was working though the debugging, but the settings still don't seem to be working. I've enabled "Enforce Rules on Administrators," made sure the node is assigned to one domain, and tried to adjust my User Permissions.
Via Devel / Devel Node Access it says authenticated users can view the node because "YES: {node_access}."
I have "View published content" checked for authenticated users because all domains are private sites and content should only be available to authenticated users.
I'm just not sure why the "Enforce Rules on Administrators" setting is working? Will see if it is conflicting with another module.

ProperCursive commentedDeactivating the Content Access module seemed to do the trick.
